Issue 194 - March 8, 2007
In
last week's issue I said "It's
High Noon in the photo industry, and
we haven't even pulled our boots on
yet!" If you HAVE pulled your boots on
- at least enough to get to Las
Vegas for PMA 2007 - join me to see
how the Jennifers of this world want
you to reinvent your business. And
if you don't give Jennifer (and her
sisters and brothers) what she
wants, she's gonna find someone who
will . . . Where: The Complete Picture
Inspiration Center, R171 When: Thursday, Friday or
Saturday at 12:00 Noon Dealers who adapt are finding
business is growing, dealers who
stick to "business as usual" are no
longer getting "business as usual."
When you get back home and read
this issue of MMIE you'll see what
others are doing to survive and
thrive. Please Enjoy, Consider and Profit
from these ideas. All the Best, Bill On the off chance
that you're just packing
for Las Vegas right now,
here's a present from
PMA to you
If you're reading
this e-mail but don't
have a printer, seek out

The third idea is
rather simple. We
received a number of
requests from customers
for frames with
non-glare glass. As many
of you may know ,the
major ready-made frame
companies do not offer
NG glass. I hate saying NO to a
customer. So I thought why not
purchase a case of 32x40
non-glare glass and cut
it to some specific
sizes to fit many of the
frames we sell. Voila!
Instant acceptance and a
new profit opportunity.
You can add from $3 to
$10 to the price of the
frame and offer
something that the big
box stores are not.
editor's note:
Mike called this
"the third idea" because
he took care of his dues
for the year by sending
in three ideas at once.
We haven't sent out
any invoices this year,
but if you haven't
contributed your own
great ideas yet,
consider this a
threatening notice! FRIDAY, MARCH 9, 2007
